WHAT YOU DO
Meditation is the discovery that
the point of life is always arrived at in the immediate moment.
In this class, you will learn to use everyday
experiences as meditative moments. A great class for people who feel
they don't have time to meditate and for those who need to take quick breaks
during the date to lower stress levels and feel more centered. This 2
1/2 hour class includes:
- An overview of how meditation works
- Individual exercises on using each of the
five senses to experience living in the moment
- Guidelines for when, how and where to
meditate to make your practice more effective
- A copy of the booklet "Meditation Using
the Five Senses."
